Overview of stability software
This software is designed as per the guidelines of US FDA 21 CFR PART 11 and is built upon the fast scanning core to view online status with minimum delay. The communication scanning core is optimized with the new Stability Control System software architecture. Some of its features are as follows:
1. Company Logo: Facility to put company logo (size up to 2GB) in software which gets viewed in report header.
2. Encrypted Electronic Reports: The reports generated in software gets stored in encrypted format on server which cannot be tampered. The PDF of this encrypted data can be viewed anytime in the software.
3. Secure SQL Database: Automatic Data transfer from HMI to Software, with high security SQL database to store the data.
4. Multiple Chamber Connectivity: Facility to connect maximum 16 chambers of various types in software.
5. Password Aging: Configurable password aging parameter with facility to give intimation password expiry popup before 7 days.
6. Client Server Connectivity: Software can be accessed over two PC’s in the same LAN network without software installation.
7. Account Lockout: Mechanism to lockout the user account for more than 3 failed login attempts thus automatically limiting the failed login attempts.
8. Data Archiving: Facility to archive the data from the database only after ensuring that it is being backed up.
9. Auto Logoff: Automatically password protects the software if left idle for short period (5 minutes)
10. User Account Management: Facility to disable and not delete user login ID when access is no longer granted e.g. Termination/Disqualification.
11. Windows Operating System: Software Compatible to work on latest operating system (Windows 10).
12. Automatic Software Installation Report: Software automatically generates a report showing that all the software components are installed successfully.
13. Mean Kinetic Temperature (MKT): Software function available to calculate MKT report.
14. Print Interval: Data storage with 1 minute logging interval and prints can be taken by settable (1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 60,120) minute interval.
15. Online Data Viewing: Facility to view all types of data online before taking the reports.
